With these flat fee packages Back office legal will not:
- Post payments
- Reconcile trust accounts
- Enter or add new clients to the software
- Export to a new software
Back Office Legal will do all the things listed above on an hourly rate or a larger flat rate.
Back Office Legal is not responsible for billing errors with regard to the billing entries. It is the responsibility of the law firm to enter your time accurately except for basic spelling and grammar errors. Back Office Legal is not liable for any issues with regard to the billing entries and the client relationship.

Pricing for Law Firm Collections
All Packages Include:
- Weekly report to manage clients WIP to Trust balance and reviewing and accessing how much to collect based on phase of the case and firm policies
- Weekly emails to clients to pay deposits requested
- Calls as necessary: daily or whenever a client needs to pay to collect advance fee deposits or evergreen deposits
- Training attorneys on firms collection policies and procedures
- Monthly collection reporting to management
- Collection policies and procedures
- Client relations for issues regarding billing, credit requests, billing review and help with customer service*
- Returning emails to clients to pay their deposits & running payments in credit card processor
- Old AR calling and emails for discounts to pay instead of placing for collections
- Bonuses (% TBD) negotiated for productive monthly collection %'s for WIP to Trust at billing and Old AR
